Dr. Robert Pegues

From the beginning, Bob Pegues has shown his excellence as an OB/GYN, and a flair for teaching OB/GYNs. He began his distinguished career at Cornell, went on to Duke, finally getting his fellowship in pelvic and endoscopic surgery surgery at University of Maryland. His interest in teaching and education started early, when he was a faculty member of ACOG's 'Teach The Teacher' Program in 1993. He is well published, not only in the American OB/GYN literature, but internationally as well (and has also lectured nationally and internationally). He has been a clinical instructor to OB/GYNs across the nation: from Seattle to Maryland (Johns Hopkins University) and was recently recipient of the 'Best Doctors' award and the 2009 'Teacher of the Year' from Johns Hopkins University. 

He has been assisting candidates of the OB/GYN Board exam for the past 12 years. It was his passion for helping candidates of the written board exam and the phenomenal feedback he has received from all those exposed to his expertise, that originally led him to begin the American Institute for Test-Taking Skills.
